We have an opening for the position of Customer Marketing Manager at our Head Office in Mumbai.

We are looking for candidates having experience in CRM and strong excel skills. Knowledge on loyalty programs is an added plus and from a Retail Background.

Job Description :

- The objective of the role is to create a single view of the customer for the company by analyzing data and trends , having worked on 360 marketing communication / CRM platforms.

Primary responsibilities :

- To create a single view of customer across the organization by analyzing customer data and trends and enabling enabling that view across the organization.

- Create a seamless customer journey for a TBZ- The Original customer online or offline.

- Develop and build on customer segments along with running targeted campaigns online and offline via SMS, emailers on the CRM platform as well as studying the performance metrics.

- Follow up and help in execution of these campaigns and track results.

- Be involved in the loyalty program launch and understand as well as drive it across the organization with careful understanding.

- Manage the KP (online investment scheme) campaigns and website as well as identity key areas for redesign and development.

- Identifying Customer segments with the agency and then figuring out action plans for them as well as measuring performance to drive better results.

Secondary responsibilities :

- Assist offline teams across the organization I.e. stores , merchandisers in understanding consumer trends and behavior by regularly sharing insights and key metrics for visibility and action.

- Participate in new projects that marketing is a part of or leading.

- Work with IT team in product development/enhancements for marketing.

- Manage the internal corporate website banner updates , leads, product updates , and enquiries.
