Role Description

Business Data Specialist will be responsible for turning the raw data into information and valuable insights which can be used to drive value & key business decisions for the Sales Organization.

This role will involve:

- Transform the business requirements into KPIs/metrics

- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and compiling data in readable format from multiple sources

- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing reports, metrics, analyses, dashboards to drive key business decisions

- Make recommendations for new metrics and strategies to improve further in future

- Put on your business thinking cap to drive insights and action we can take to provide better value to the sales organization

- Work closely with the Data Analytics team to support the data analytics implementations

Candidate Profile:

- Master's degree in economics, Statistics, Math, Physics from a reputed institute with 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in fast paced organization

- Proficient in excel, data analysis, with exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills & knowledge of Power Point, Strong Analytical skills with quick to absorb business knowledge

- Knowledge & experience of data exploration/ visualization tools like Power BI would be an added advantage

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple teams, High level of attention to detail, thoroughness & strong bias for action
