Job Description:

- As the Inbound Business Head, you'll be at the helm of our inbound sales division, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer experience through strategic sales initiatives. Leveraging your 10 to 15 years of experience, you will be instrumental in achieving sales targets, nurturing client relationships, and optimizing the sales process to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective inbound sales strategies aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

2. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize sales strategies.

3. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success.

4. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress.

5. Take proactive measures to address any performance gaps and optimize sales effectiveness.

6. Foster strong relationships with existing and potential Travel Agents, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to enhance their satisfaction and retention.

7. Ensure a customer-centric approach, driving repeat business and fostering loyalty.

8. Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

1. 10 - 15 years of experience in Inbound business

2. Bachelors/Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

3. Proven track record of success in inbound sales, within the travel industry, with experience in a leadership role.

4. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a sales team to achieve targets.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

6. Analytical mindset with proficiency in analysing sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.

7. Deep understanding of CRM systems and sales management software.

8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

9. Passion for travel and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
