- As the Product Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing our product offerings.


- You will be responsible for providing deep insights into customer journeys, product metrics, KPIs, and product funnels to enhance the overall product performance.

Key Responsibilities:


Product Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of product data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to support product development decisions and guide strategic planning.


Customer Journey Mapping: Collaborate with product managers to map and understand the customer journey throughout the product lifecycle. Identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for enhancement to enhance customer experience.


KPI Development and Monitoring: Work closely with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives. Monitor and report on KPIs regularly to measure product success and identify areas requiring attention.


Product Funnels and User Behaviour: Analyse user behaviour data and construct product funnels to comprehend user interactions, drop-off points, and conversion rates. Propose strategies to optimize user engagement and retention.


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data science teams, and engineering to gather, validate, and integrate data from multiple sources. Ensure data accuracy and completeness to support informed decision-making.


Data Infrastructure Setup: Collaborate with data engineering teams to set up appropriate data collection mechanisms, event tracking, and dashboards to facilitate timely and accurate data analysis.


Data Visualization and Reporting: Create clear and compelling visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate analytical findings effectively to different stakeholders.


Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of product analysts to build a strong analytical foundation and foster a data-driven culture within the product team.


A/B Testing and Experimentation: Collaborate with product managers to design A/B tests and experiments to measure the impact of product changes and iterate based on test outcomes.


Key Skill Requirements:


Analytical Expertise: Proven experience in conducting data analysis, interpreting complex datasets, and drawing actionable insights. Proficiency in data querying, visualization, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with Product Analytics tool like Amplitude, Hotjar etc.


Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, customer-centric design principles, and experience with B2B software products or travel tech marketplaces.


Data-driven Decision Making: Demonstrated ability to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making, optimize product features, and prioritize initiatives that deliver business value.


Leadership and Collaboration: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams.


Technical Acumen: Familiarity with data engineering concepts, event tracking, data pipelines, and database structures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.


Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify challenges and propose data-driven solutions.


Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities, and meeting tight deadlines.
