About the Operations Manager role

Tazapay is hiring for a full-time operations manager who has rich experience in back office operations involving financial transactions, payments, reconciliation and reporting. The role provides an excellent opportunity for professionals from traditional industries to use the domain knowledge and make an impact in the rapid digitalization of global trade.

Responsibilities (not exhaustive)

- Reviewing account statements to ensure that all charges are accurate and appropriate

- Interpreting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations

- Overseeing reconciliation of accounts payable balances to ensure that they are accurate at all times

- Monitoring cash flow trends to identify possible problems with collections or disbursements

- Interacting with Customers, Intermediary banks, and other financial institutions to resolve payment issues

- Processing payments

- Reviewing and approving payments post verifying the underlying documents such as invoices , Transport documents etc.
