Growth Manager
Responsibilities (not exhaustive)
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in India
- Develop multi-channel, tech based sales skills using AI based lead nurture and automated CRM across the sales funnel
- Build business by reaching out to prospects and partners through cold calling, networking and social media outreach
- Track and report weekly and monthly targets and actively seek out new sales opportunities
- Gather feedback from customers
The Ideal Candidate Experience - 5-8 years of proven experience in customer facing BD roles
- Proficiency in English
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques - A startup mentality with a bias to action and a passion for sales - Comfortable working with uncertainty and and in a high-growth environment - Able to work both independently and as part of the team
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Understanding of SMBs and B2B sector is a plus
