Plan and execute annual marketing activity on a designated portfolio and/or customer channel, ensuring that agreed objectives and targets are met. Work with peers in management team and develop team members (where relevant) to contribute to a high performance marketing culture, focussing on achieving required results by managing resources effectively. The role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and will work across teams to support the delivery of overall commercial revenue target of Advanced Learning division.

We're looking for people who are passionate marketers who have a breadth of digital channel knowledge, B2B marketing and understand how the need to alter plans for different markets and customer types. If you're a strategic thinker and can use data to evidence and rationalise your marketing plans, whilst working to budget, this role could be for you!

Key Accountabilities:

- Oversee the creation and execution of targeted email campaigns using marketing automation tools to nurture leads, drive engagement, and support customer retention.

- Effectively collaborate with the team to plan and manage targeted campaigns, developing impactful collateral and attending in-person events/conferences.

- Experience across all forms of digital marketing, campaign planning, and testing strategies

- Develop a content marketing strategy that aligns with overall business objectives, creating high-quality and engaging content for various channels to attract, educate, and convert the target audience.

- Lead Paid Social innovation within the team, keeping abreast of market trends and developments, and identifying new platforms, tech, and audiences to drive our social offering forward.

- Implement effective online lead generation tactics, utilizing various channels to capture and qualify leads, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion.

- Delivering and ensuring customer personalisation through consistent campaign management and development of appropriate messaging for key personas and data segments based on value propositions

- Being accountable for managing personal growth and development, taking responsibility to identify and develop skills gaps.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

- Possess skillset in digital marketing to demonstrate a solid understanding of online channels, SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics

- Showcase expertise in content marketing in creating engaging and impactful content across various platforms.

- Demonstrate proficiency in data analytics tools and possess the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.

- Stay abreast of AI and machine learning trends in marketing, understanding how these technologies can enhance marketing strategies.

- Understanding of project management tools
