Responsible for all RBI related compliance, monthly/ quarterly/ annually filing and other reporting compliances 2. Responsible for all ROC related filing and compliance 3. Conducting various board meetings and preparing and maintain the minutes 4. Leading all RBI and ROC related audits and other queries. DESIRED SKILLS : Professional : 1 NBFC working experience in compliance domain - Must have 2 Sound communication skills 3. Experience in handling RBI as well as govt officials during audits/ other matters.
