Position - Head of Finance & Accounts Name of Department: F&A Place/Location of Work: Delhi (Punjabi Bagh) Gender:Female/Male Marital Status: Any Age: Between 28-35 Proposed Salary: Negotiable (As per Industry Standard) Reporting To: Director Own Conveyance: Not necessary Reportees: Accounting Team Specific Knowledge: Good knowledge of MS Navision, MS Excel Required Experience - Total experience (Year wise) : 5+ Years - Experience Work wise in capacity of : Finance and Account (Manager or Above) - Preferred Industry/ Company : Any (All except Banking and Insurance) Key Job Responsibilities: - Preparation of quarter and annual financial statements - Preparation and Reporting of MIS to Management - Manage compliances for Taxation, GST, ESI, EPF, TDS etc. - Coordinate with outside parties for statutory audit - Managing banking, investments, and other financial - Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement - Research and analyse financial reports and market trends - Provide insightful information and expectations to Management to aid in long-term and short-term decision making - Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports - Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings - Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes - Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company - Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation. 3.
