We are growing at a fast clip in over 50 cities and will be expanding aggressively nationally and internationally in the coming months.   Key Responsibilities:  - Improving the overall customer relationship, making customers aware of your organisation's complaints procedures.  - Ability to provide wow customer experiences & converting complaining customers into brand advocates.   - Monitor Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Google+, play store, Mouthshut, JustDial & other relevant sites. Address all issues within a TAT  - Create a positive buzz about TFS on all media. Wherever a person goes, there should be a positive vibe about TFS.  - Actively monitor all sites which may have opinions (positive and negative) about TFS and take appropriate action on the same  - Identify and expand to new platforms to initiate or join conversations.  - She/he is the brand voice as expressed through all channels of social media CRM.  - Increase followers/likes across all social media  Actively participate in discussions across communities, social networks & blogs.  - Follow relevant communities, tweeple, influencers and networks and participate actively in relevant discussions  - Work on making TaxiForSure communication a cool yet trusted brand to book a taxi with.  - Coordinate with other teams - ops, marketing, product and technology to ensure the brand image of TFS is upheld and all queries are answered.  Skill required:  - Brilliant writing skills with ability to post best responses in 140 characters or less.  - Active social and online presence with familiarity of all offline and online networks - Facebook, twitter, google plus  - Customer Support experience. An urge to keep every customer happy and to go to any extent to make that happen  - Full of energy and an inherent will to conquer the world  - Natural @ keeping track of happenings in the city and look at ways to get TFS involved  Qualification:  - Any Graduate with well-recognized institutes/University.  Experience:   - 2-5 yrs relevant experience in offline and online Customer Support.
