Job Description  We are looking for an experienced individual, preferably in the Fleet management, e commerce, logistics domain to lead a multi-function team which will provide consistent, excellent Customer experience along with a good quality cab to customers. He would be responsible for ensuring sufficient Quality Supply for the city/branch and also managing the day to day operations. Build relationships with vendors and nurture their growth. Should be strong in people management. Manage and monitor the day to day operations of vendors and work along with Customer Service, CRM, Technical, Product and Marketing team in ensuring Vendor resources are optimally utilised. Ensuring all days of the week and peak times, have sufficient supply to cater to the demand generated. Replicate successful practices from other cities.   The individual should understand the end-to-end service delivery process and provide the required managerial support to deliver a world-class experience to the customer.  Key Results Area  - Minimum 6-9 yrs of relevant experience in Client Engagement (Distributors/Dealers Handling).  - Responsible for Team's target and drive team to achieve weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Basis.  - Good at Building relationship with Clients (Taxi Operators) in terms of their issue resolutions.  - Good at Collections within given period of time.  - Getting more Business from Taxi operators (Cab addition) as when required.  - Providing training to AM's and Taxi Operators on new products introduced.  - Excellent Communications Skills.  Experience & Qualification  - Operations Management, Channel management, Building and supervising a performing team, adhering to Standards, Quality Management, Results Driven.   - He / She could be any Graduate or MBA with minimum 6 years of total work experience.  - Should have, experience in Vendor Management / Transport Sector and B2B industries.  - Should have, directly managed a team of 3 and indirectly above 15.  - Should have, been working with defined KRA / KPI.  - Should have experience in operational knowledge of ERP system.  Skills   - High relationship management skills;  - Self- motivated candidate who can thrive under pressure;  - Has ability to close contracts by positively influencing vendors;  - Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on results;  - Conflict resolution and negotiation skills;  - Impeccable financial integrity;  - Willing to try things first hand and provide hands on leadership.
