Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Job Purpose: To Manage Overall Branch accounts, finance, taxation other compliance applicable.
Job Duties: Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
Key Performance Indicators:
- General Accounting
- Handling All Types of Books of Accounts
- Ensuring proper accounting treatment while posting / approving entries
- Ensuring TDS & Service Tax compliance
- Accounts Receivables/ Accounts Payables
- Ensuring Vendors Reconciliation on time
- Ensuring Periodical customer reconciliation of few shortlisted customers
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement, Debtors age-wise Statement
- Ensuring appropriate provisions are created before month-end
- Finalization of Trial Balance
- Month end closure TB activities
- Preparation Financial Statement as per Schedule VI before Stat Audit
- Ensuring smooth & timely completion of Stat & Tax Audit
- Coordinate Filing of Income Tax Return with Tax consultants
- Prepare Weekly, Monthly & Annual Budge & MIS Reporting of the Branch
- Knowledge of Sales Tax/ VAT, Service tax will be added advantage
Other Essentials:
- Excellent knowledge of English (verbal & written)
- Ability to communicate clearly with a strong sense of cross cultural awareness
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive individual who is team orientated
- Computer proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required.
