Taxation - CA/CMA - Engineering Conglomerate Giant

Company Profile: Our client is a very large, leading, professionally managed, highly profitable Global Engineering Conglomerate Giant - World Leaders in their field. Our clients are on a rapid expansion phase and seek to recruit dynamic & experienced Taxation professionals to be based in Delhi.

Job Profile: Will be expected to handled indirect taxation. Responsible for Indirect Taxes compliance relating to :

- Manufacturing, project and services business and Construction contracts

- covering central excise, customs, service tax, VAT/CST/Entry tax and other taxes. Person should be able to handle various statutory compliances, operational procedures & related documentation.

- Manage and Develop the team.

- Will be responsible to coordinate / handle various notices, audits, assessments & litigation of the Company & the Group.

Candidate Profile: CAs / CMAs with 10-18 years experience of which recent few years must be in Indirect Taxation.

Technical :

- Should possess core Indirect Tax Knowledge covering Central Excise, service tax & VAT and be experienced in dealing with Tax Officials & managing a team of 10 persons. Should also possess good interpretation / drafting and communication skills.

- Knowledge and experience in working of ERP environment is desirable.

- Should have experience of independently handling Indirect Tax functions in a medium size multi-locational Company (Minimum turnover of Rs.500 crore p.a.) Experience in Project / Construction industry would be a distinct advantage.
