Tax Technology Supervisor/Business Analyst

MBA from Finance or similar field. UG should be B.TECH.

- Good Analytical skills, Problem solving skills.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience in working Agile -Scrum process.

- Experience in defining requirements, Creating PBIs, manage scope.

- Preferably completed a professional training in IIBA- certification of competency in business analysis/ SAFA Agile.

- Preferably has exposure on Software development lifecycle.

- Commitment to work on global project/ India working hours 2 PM - 11 PM.

- Location - Hyderabad / Bangalore.

- Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 50% equivalent with no current backlog.

Position Responsibilities:

- Associates- Tax Technology provide timely, high quality technical product service with large and complex specialized technology products built in compliance with us tax laws. They will develop strong working relationships while working closely with teams. Associates serve our business users by:

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications

- Recommend controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures

- Elicit requirements through workshops, questionnaires, workflow storyboards, use cases, and more

- Work as a liaison between stakeholders and technology team to translate business requirements. Also work with Technical and managerial teams to understand technical possibilities and challenges

- Good at verbal and written Communication Skill, ability to drive the discussion

- Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential

- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends

- Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes

- Participate in functional & user acceptance testing and identify risks and deficiencies to define new features & capabilities
