Tax Manager - Real Estate Exp only

We are seeking a Manager to join the Real Estate Tax practice. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

We provide tax compliance, advisory, and advocacy services for a diverse client base that includes corporations and partnerships of all sizes, as well as high net worth individuals and families, and other operating entities. While some clients operate entirely based in the U.S., many have international interests.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for managing and coordinating tax compliance and advisory work for clients

- Lead client relationships on day to day tax matters supporting partners with service execution and development of extended services

- Research and consult on technical matters and special projects

- Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with the client to provide superior client service

- Actively participate in business development efforts to include working collaboratively with partners and marketing professionals to target and build relationships with client prospects

- Manage, train and develop staff .Participate in the performance review process

Basic qualifications for the opportunity :

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required

- Chartered Accountant(CA)/Certified Public Accountant(CPA)/Enrolled Agent(EA) is a must

- 6+ years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience

- Experience working with 1065,1120,1120s and REITS

Ideally, you'll also have :

- Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent field

- 1+years of supervisory experience

Top 3 Mandatory Skills :

- Chartered Accountant(CA)/Certified Public Accountant(CPA)/Enrolled Agent(EA)is a must

- 6+ years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience

- 1+years of supervisory experience

- Notice Period should be 1 month or less

- Excel knowledge

- Good communication skills mandatory
