The ideal candidate should possess a Master’s degree in accounting/CPA/CA with a minimum of 5 years of U.S. tax experience preferably in hedge/private equity funds with superlative people management, organizational, and communication skills.

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and professionally qualified Tax Manager to lead the firm’s tax compliance & operations group. Responsibilities include but not limited to managing and driving strategic initiatives of the Tax compliance group. The candidate will also be responsible for reviewing tax work and preparing analytical reports.

The candidate should be flexible enough to work on a variety of projects, and have the ability and motivation to lead critical aspects of the Tax function with a demonstrated ability of taking initiative. A high sense of responsibility and sound conceptual and analytical abilities are required. Tax experience at a big four accounting is preferred, though not essential and exposure to tax planning is a plus.
