Tax Manager - BFS

- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the organization's tax position. Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations. Ensure timely and accurate filing of direct tax returns. Coordinate with external consultants.

- Regulatory Corporate Income Tax compliance, transfer pricing, tax litigation, tax saving & optimization, DTAA, tax computation, audit, assessment & filing. Expat Tax Compliances. Tax related Financial Statements.

Required Candidate profile:

- Manage transfer pricing documentation and compliance.

- Ensure adherence to transfer pricing regulations.

- Facilitate and manage tax audits by regulatory authorities.
