Location - Pune
Reporting to - GM and CFO
- Monthly Accounting Closing, IFRS
- Coordinate with Head costing for monthly variance analysis for reporting
- Annual & Quarterly statutory books and audits
- Ensuring Internal audits and J sox compliances across finance
- Monthly AR & AP activities and controls
- SAP roll out revisit and improve.
- Automation of GL processes, AP & AR
- Formulation of chart of accounts & financial policies documents
- Support to drive department projects for improvements
- Evaluating new business models
- Grooming the finance teams with training and mentoring
- Companies act compliances
- Driving working Capital Management
- Managing Direct & Indirect Tax
ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES QUALIFICATION & CERTIFICATIONS :
- Ensure the month end process for closing and make sure all deadlines are met. Provide commentary and analysis of costs against Budget
- Improvements to ensure that spending is recorded accurately in the books. Invoices are coded to the correct.
- Ensure maximum utilization of SAP & automation
- Drive RPA, Analytical tools for finance
- FA registers and depreciation workings, Physical verification of FA
- Maintain the integrity of the internal control environment (SOX) around the month end process.
- Full balance sheet reviews on a monthly basis, look to continually improve balance sheet reconciliations each month. Follow up on queries.
- Ensure that balance sheet accurately reflects current assets and liabilities of the relevant area of the business (i.e. accruals).
- Support the automation strategy of finance by assisting with implementations through testing of new system and of the business by assessing the impact of changes in technology on finance.
- Drive the annual audit process by working with the auditors to answer queries and provide analysis as required in a timely manner.
- Organize /Conduct trainings/courses for accounts, IT, automations implications and understandings.
- Manage a team of GL/AP/AR/ F-IT, day to day supervision, training and development of the team.
- Provide objectives and appraisals on periodical basis.
- Interact with cross function to enhance departments working capability
AGE 35+ Years
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Post CA with Min 9 -12 years' relevant work experience with specific experience in manufacturing/ Auto auxiliary.
- IFRS, Ind AS, IFC knowledge
