Tax & Corporate Manager

He should be either a CA or MBA (Finance) with at least 5+ years specialization in Tax matters.

Reporting: TCM shall report to the MD / VP (Corporate). Executive (Tax) will have dual reporting to him & to Head (F & A). He shall work closely with Head (F&A) and all other HODs.

Brief Job description :

1) Understand the revenue & expanse model, EVA, Cash Flow statements & other Company MIS. Understand all of the company's current and potential liabilities arising out of legal contracts, statutory & tax obligations, hidden liabilities etc.

2) All Income Tax (IT) related matters e.g. Advance IT calculations, Annual IT Returns & Assessment, IT notices, CIT(Appeals), ITAT appeals, Court Cases etc. Tax Audits, Overall Corporate Tax Planning, decision on contentious issues, adapting to change in laws, tax positions, Identification of tax planning opportunities etc.

3) Review / Audit all GST & TDS issues e.g. invoices, contracts, personnel taxation etc, Monthly Compliance of GST and TDS and annual GST return. GST Audits & notices, verifications, assessment, SCN, replies etc, coordinating with lawyers and consultants of GST and TDS for matters under litigation

4) Investment of surplus funds. Preparation and issuance of certain MIS reports. Analysis of ALL other Company MIS reports, analysis of expected Vs actual financial performance. Cost reduction/control.

5) Participation in Management / Strategic decisions on various business matters, Advice/Support to BD team and shall be involved in financial analysis of Bids. Budgeting, Participation in all key decisions

6) He shall do any other special project assigned by MD
