Tax BPO Manager

We are looking for somebody who is strong in Overall Tax and ERP systems

Experience of 6-12 yrs; withstrong & proven experience on Business Process Transformation in Finance & Accounting Process

- Must have education in Tax, Tax Diploma, International Taxation.

- Proven experience in working with SAP - Tax tables, implementation and Transformation.

- Significant Project Management Experience

- Experience in the areas of Business process re-engineering, Process design, Organizational transformation, Change management

- Aware of IT technology usage to transform processes

Industry knowledge:

- Industry knowledge in senior management positions.

- The TAX Manager is responsible to manage the design and solutioning of the TAX process in Finance & Accounting domain.

- Business Process ownership of the TAX process & is responsible for aiming to be at the top quartile process efficiency of FNA.

- Responsible for providing Process governance & ERP implementation for the process.

- Will implement solution driven best practices and other techniques that result in dramatic improvements in efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance function

- You will be responsible to handle a team of 4-6 members
