Position Summary :

This position is responsible for the direct supervision of Enrollment Counselors reporting to him/ her. Responsible for development and implementation of sales processes in the assigned territory. Responsible for entire gamut of marketing activities of the center for generation of revenue, brand development and product positioning.

Duties And Responsibilities :

- Responsible for directing supervision of Enrollment Counselors.

- Responsible for team building and motivation activities.

- Responsible for monitoring and individual daily tele-calling targets.

- Responsible for monitoring daily/ weekly/ monthly personal contact targets.

- Responsible for monitoring daily/ weekly/ monthly personal and team admission targets.

- Responsible for establishing and maintaining the sales administrative systems of the department.

- Responsible for training and monthly performance evaluations of Enrollment Counselors.

- Responsible for assisting the Head - Marketing & Enrollments/ Center Manager(s) for up-country marketing activities on ongoing basis.

- Responsible for assisting the Head - Marketing & Enrollments/ Center Manager (s) for various sales processes and implementation of other planned/ defined marketing vehicles as an ongoing activity.

- Achieve enrollments for the center as per targets on a month to month basis.

- Responsible for performing other duties as assigned or implicit.

Qualifications & Experience Required :

MBA/ equivalent. Minimum five to seven years with at least two years at supervisory level. Preference will be given to persons with business development/ sales/ direct marketing in the FMCG/ Services/ Education sector experience.
