Tatvic - Solution Specialist (3-5 yrs)

Responsibility 1: Strategy Planning Support

- Activity 1.a.: Support the Head of Solutions with the solution and program development strategy and provide essential feedback during the planning phase

- Activity 1.b.: Regularly meet up with DEL and CD team leads and members and collect and incorporate feedback from the team and market (client conversations, external martech conferences)

- Activity 1.c.: Be responsible for filling the pre-requisite document for every solution and program before creating the individual roadmaps and priority lists

Responsibility 2: Solutions & Program Development and Assets Creation

- Activity 2.a.: Develop/ automate/ standardize solutions and programs through effective SDLC frameworks close- loop with feedback from the internal and external stakeholders

- Activity 2.b.: Generate internal SOP documentation in the form of design documents, roadmaps, technical specifications, how tos and FAQs, etc

- Activity 2.c: Deliver outputs of solutions/ programs in the form of report templates, sandboxes, demoable links, case studies, pitch decks

Responsibility 3: Team Management

- Activity 3.a.: Lead the team comprising of data scientists, cloud engineers, full-stack developers, content writers to execute the solution/ program roadmap as planned

- Activity 3.b.: Be the go-to person for DEL team for all sorts of technical development limited to enhancements or changes in the solutions and programs pre-planned and custom solutions

- Activity 3.c.: Be responsible for the costs incurred in the development and implementation and ensure proper tracking of costs is in place

Responsibility 4: R&D and Training

- Activity 4.a.: Do extensive research on new technologies, tools, and platforms, solution packages, frameworks built by Google/ Amazon/ third party that can be utilized for the internal solutions POCs

- Activity 4.b.: Train internal teams for the usage of all assets generated by the Solutions team
