1 Client Sourcing: Source and device ways to attract clients to increase # of audience for plugins
2 Product Development: # of new plugins developed to address customer and market requirements
3 Product Usage: # of improvements/feature addition to suffice the market and audience needs
4 Client's Development: Pitch plugins to the audience & convert them into sales to increase the revenue of the business. Increase in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and maintain average revenue per user.
5 Building Partnership: Partnership building with agencies to sell bulk products.
- Win-Win partnership with the Marketers & other authors for cross-selling
6 Team Management: Manage the entire team & create Road-maps & KPI for them. Ensure 100% achievement of team KPIs.
- Handle the accounts & billing of clients Implement client engagement activities for up-selling or retention of client while monitoring the mechanism for sales and client success engagements
- Create tracking mechanisms within your applications to understand behavior as a tool for continuous improvement.
- Identify potential customers that might churn due to performance issues.
- Create foundation for continuous improvement, reduction in testing, automation and overall improved customer experience.
- Devise methods for the Marketing of the product and generate leads
- Increase the sales & revenue for the product
- Track team performance against commitments, support team to be more accurate in their development and testing estimates.
- Analyse the market and audience needs to work on development of new plugin
- Equipped with the latest news & updates from the Market & competitors
- Explore the new Marketplaces for sales of plugin
- Find the competitors & their product to understand the need of product improvement/modification/additions or devising new plugin.
- Create the road map for product development
- Find the agencies to sell the bulk licenses
- Get the custom requirements from the clients to increase the numbers of custom solutions & revenue
- Handle the accounts & billing of clients
