Responsibilities:
- Design, execute and measure impact (and reiterate) campaigns (PN, WA, SMS, Email, etc.) using CRM tools like Moe, CT, etc.
- Maximize revenue opportunities by identifying trends and correct touchpoints in customer journey.
- Measure campaign results such as CTR, ROI, Open Rate etc.
- Monitor daily/weekly trends in campaign performance and proactively address underlying causes of trends.
- Identify reporting needs/updates and document detailed requirements.
- Interpreting analytics and research into usable insights, which inform strategic communication planning.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, computer science, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in customer relationship management (CRM), or similar role.
- Advanced Excel skills for analyzing large data sets.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadline.
- Hands on experience with setting and scaling customer journey.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Clevertap or MoEngage.
- Bonus points for experience with Salesforce, Freshworks CRM or other major CRM software platforms.
- High level of ownership and hustle.
