Zonal Manager-Retail UP-East Circle
Level: Sr. Manager
Objectives:
- Manage and achieve targets of both Voice & Data and ensure profitability of every store for all format stores for the respective zone. Responsible for acquiring quality customers, high staff motivation, ensuring best in class in-store customer experience. Manage a team of executives who are responsible for COCO/FOFO and ensure targets are achieved and standards are maintained wrt to service, upkeep, VM, training etc.
Job Responsibilites:
- Accountabilities as applicable for a store –in charge will apply for the stores managed directly
- Dimensioning channel, number and formats
- Ensuring achievement of targets for the Zone
- To provide requisite business directions / inputs to the team and channel
- Franchisee and channel team training and engagement.
- Ensure Customer Experience and thus contribute to Brand Value growth.
- Plan and execute market based activities to increase walk-in sales and improve customer awareness/disposition Implement processes
- Define standards for business activities/processes and ensure team adheres to it
- Engage the franchisee with various business inputs to grow the business and increase the profits.
- MIS reports on walk-in, sales, conversions, resolution and CC metrics.
- Analyze team MIS reports and give suitable guidance
- Management of franchisees and distributors
Essential Requirement:
- Overall Business management skills
Leadership skills Proactive, Analytical, and planning abilities
Strong communication and convincing skills
In-depth Retail knowledge
Local market Knowledge is desirable
Essential Qualification:
- MBA with 10-14 Years Experience in Telecom Retail
- Local Lucknow/Kanpur Candidates Preferred.
