- Develop market & customer insights through primary and secondary market research tools.
- Develop a complete product strategy and populate product life cycle maps for the next 5 years including roadmap
- Identification and selection of key equipment vendors for platforms and CPEs
- Lead the cross functional team for development of product/ service strategy.
- Develop complete market strategy for launch of services including identification of segments, positioning and launch schedules
- Develop sales training modules and organize regular seminars for regional teams on product updates.
- Technology and product alliance for emerging solutions
Major Activities
- Ensuring Revenue targets achievement within the allocated budget as per AOP
- Build New Products - Develop new products for revenue generation and build Differentiators in the Marketplace by way of Product Innovation
- Launch Marketing Campaign for driving Business Revenues across a vertical or segment
- Ensure Order Booking/ GADs targets achievement within the AOP target
- Ensure committed EBIDTA % meet
Graduate (BE/BTECH)
- Technical background, with experience in data services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant and total years of Experience
1. Minimum of 8-10 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Development Manager
2. Demonstrated success defining, developing and launching telecom products
3. Min 3-5 years of experience in a product role in the data market preferably IP product management
