Pre and post pay sales
- Develop manage and grow pre and post pay sales in circle and drive High ARPU
- Manage circle level outbound sales strategy and improvement in sales and delivery processes directed towards capability building
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure speedy & effective resolutions of customer issues
- Capability building and improving sales force productivity in outbound
Net Revenue
- Develop sales strategy to meet revenue and EBITDA targets
- Designing & rolling out sales promotion activities to achieve desired business objectives
- Increasing market share and revenue enhancement through pre & postpay sales
- Capability building and competition tracking
- Develop a Mechanism to monitor competition activities and provide innovative solutions to counter them productively
- Develop the sales trackers to continuously monitor the market & fine tuning strategies to optimize profitability
- Develop effective on-line performance parameters for sales team & channel partners to regularly review and provide feedback
- Mix of sales across different product lines including small screen data
- Increasing sales through cross sell of data and voice
- Improve customer experience and delight activities
- Strengthen sales and marketing processes and improve CSAT
