1. Zero Base Costing of IT end to end, with linkage to business & Network Metrics. (Hardware / Software / Average Utilization / Peak Utilization ). Budgetary control of IT & Annual Operating Plan of IT.

2. Assistance in Evaluation of IT Architecture vis a vis financial & Non financial benefits.

3. Assistance in structuring of IT contracts.

4. Continuous monitoring of the Actual progress vs the assumptions taken in the contracts and drive course corrections

5. Control & Approval of commercial contracts / purchase orders relating to IT (AMCs, Laptops, Printers etc)

6. Costing of CRs (Change Requests) / ARs (Adhoc Repot Requests) & Monitoring of Utilization vs Projections

7. Benchmarking with Competition & Similar Industries to drive continuous cost optimization
