KRA:
Net Additions and Revenue
- Increase pre & post pay sales through DST,and increase marker share and revenues
- Manage channel sales strategy and sales targets as per AOP
- Improvement in sales and delivery processes directed towards capability building
- Capability building and improving sales force productivity in outbound
Channel productivity
- Manage channel productivity for both pre and post paid products
- Achieving targets for voice , data and devices and increase MOU
- Channel product training and sale support for increasing sales
- Strategise different programs to enhance revenue from VAS and device sale
- Developing new alliances and partners to increase sales and product reach
- Monitoring ontime channel payments and special incentive schemes for Partners
- Monitoring Channel partner satisfaction score
- Mix of sales across different product lines including small screen data
- Increasing sales through cross sell of data and voice
- Improve customer experience and delight activities
- Manage CSAT for channel and productivity norms as per corporate guidance
- Reducing customer churn across segments to increase intention to stay
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure speedy & effective resolutions of customer issues
