Objectives:To spearhead and build the Prepay business of assigned territory
Major Deliverables:
- Maintain and increase the ROI of the organization.
- Develop Channels, distributor & Retail network, Meet / Exceed overall volume and revenue targets as per ABP.
- Monitor competition and provide market intelligence report
- Identify new opportunities for revenue enhancement through close interaction with customers Increase ARPU
- Ensuring market leadership among competition.

1. Primary, Secondary Pre Pay Sales.
2. Distributor and Retail Management.
3. Ensuring Volume Targets and dealer profability.
4. Sales Forecasting and implementation of Plans.
5. Managing Market Intelligence.
6. Revenue , ARPU, UAO, Sales Mgt
Essential Attributes:3-6 years in channel management & account management in Telecom / FMCG . Should have sound achievements, accolades, recognitions for previous job
Desired Attribute:Strong analytical skills, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Aggressive, Energetic. Analytical Computer Knowledge especially MS – Office/Excel Presentation Skills.
Qualifications:Graduate / MBA (sales & Marketing)
