Level: Assistant Manager
Objective:
- The primary objective of the Outbound Sales team in the mobility business is to Manage/Support/Enhance Voice and data products and creates awareness of the brand and products among the customers. The team’s Prime responsibility is enabling acquisition and increasing revenue of the products assigned by taking New initiatives.
- Achieve Gross Adds and Revenue from Corporate Accounts through Channel, CADs and Self efforts Manage channel with all process compliance Build mindshare at Corporate accounts.
Job Responsibilities:

Essential Requirements:
- Strong channel management and account management skills in mobile voice telecom environment for 4 to 7 years
- Understanding of Post Paid mobile market of respective location
- Evolved mindset to look beyond activations and focus on revenue, ARPU, Customer Service
- Strong values and character to inspire trust and confidence in peers, customers and channel.
- Knowledge of local language
Essential Qualification:
- MBA with 5-8 Years Experience in Postpaid Sales Experience
- Local Lucknow/Allahabad/Kanpur Preferred.
