- Accountable for Revenue generation as per AOP
- New Logo Acquisition for Non Vanilla product month on month.
- Increase multiple product penetration in existing customer base (EPPC).
- Evangelize products in SME ecosystem. Use of all Ecosystem of TTL.
- Create presentation for capability presentation and product demo process.
- Devising and driving programs for gaining market share for respective product line through channels. Increase channel contribution to 70%.
- Quality of funnel and growth though different activities in identified segments.
- Focus on High Value customer. Major focus on HVC Project.
- INNOVATION AND GREEN Field : FOCUS on Large Projects specific to business development e.g L2Multicast under the Govt drive for DIGITISATION.
- Collaborate with product team to provide market feedback and enhance service offerings
- Identify Cross/Upsell Opportunities and work closely with CRM team to increase repeat sales.
- Keep Abreast with Compt. activities in various region
- Share best practices of each region and get it implemented across.
- Coaching and guiding the customer facing engines through trainings and customer visits
