Operations i. To coordinate with various Zonal and regional managers to monitor program and document growth consistently quarter after quarter ii. To monitor the project on a DAILY basis and prepare the reports for course corrections when necessary iii. To have a handle on Budgets and Grants and liaison with TT Finance and Audit teams regularly for smooth flow of funds 3 Liaising with Govt. and other Partners i. To participate in all program-related activities (research, scientific presentations, etc.) assigned from time to time ii. Develop background pointers and analysis for meeting with Govt. officials 4 Training &amp; Capacity Building i. To coordinate the training activities of the Tata trusts with state governments and with the Training Coordinator and other officials of MOHFW, GoI; to ensure implementation of the training programs as planned ii. To periodically develop team members for executing plans 5 Misc i. Any other jobs assigned from time to time including preparing project proposals/ briefs/ position papers on all healthcare projects/topics Job Specification ; Desirable : - To have been a part of or led Technical Support Unit for Central / State Government in a Large Public Health Project - Been involved in Institutional building Qualification - MCA/ MBA/ BTECH / MTECH - Masters / PhD in Statistics / AI/ML/ Ops. Research / Data Analytics Experience: - 4-8 years
