Key Accountability : 1. Responsible for the overall function of Recruitment, on boarding and Operations at Tata Trusts, ably assisted by a lean team 2. Assist the Head of HR in key responsibilities and special projects spanning across the Human Resources domain 3. Ensuring the open positions at the Trusts (full time roles and contractual roles) are closed within agreed timelines 4. Critically assess the entire recruitment function - sourcing channels, TAT, on boarding experience, cost per hire, quality of hire. Create a talent pool of development professionals who the Trusts can tap into for various programmatic positions 5. HR Helpdesk - The central email ID for the Trusts- staff for addressing any HR related query or clarifications. Ensuring the TAT of HR Helpdesk remains under 3 working days and all queries answered with a human touch 6. Ensuring all backend HR Operations like payroll inputs, exit interviews, documentation and database management are effectively managed 7. Initiate the Employer Branding activities for Tata Trusts Stakeholders:&nbsp; Relationship (within organization) - Head - HR, Senior Management of Tata Trust - Relationship (Outside Organization) External Advisors / Vendors/ Recruitment consultants Brief Job Description:&nbsp; 1 Project management of central HR initiatives across functions within HR such as Organization Development, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Operations, etc. 2 Effective tracking and management of all queries related to employee grievances and assist in taking them to a logical conclusion 3 Single point of contact of internal communication from the HR team to all stakeholders 4 Support the Head of HR in matters of coordination and liaising with programmatic teams within Tata Trusts 5 Custodian of all data points related to the employees and consultants at Tata Trusts Skills/ Competencies:&nbsp; - Project Management - Effective Communication - Team player Qualifications: - MBA in HR, experience in HR Operations and Statuary Compliances
