S. No. Brief Job Description
1. To co-create solutions to meet different thematic vertical's current and future needs by working closely with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally
2. To demonstrate the significance of data in the context of local, national and global trends that impact different programmatic objectives
3. To understand the program specific problem statement and support in designing a technological solution to achieve the programmatic objective (work closely will concerned teams for end to end execution)
4. To work closely with Project officers and relevant teams to help refine the use of Analytics & Insights (A&I) tools to extend both reach and impact of programs
5. To support internal strategic initiatives at the unit level that help contribute towards Analytics, Insights & Impact's continuous evolution
6. To identify the capacity needs of the specific team and disseminate capacity building modules around data processes
Job Specifications:
Knowledge & Skills:
- Field based experiences with an interest and ability to apply data for problem solving
- Exceptional problem-solving and advisory skills, strong presentation and analytical abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Keep abreast of new and current trends within the social impact space, innovative approaches to enable scalable solutions

Experience:
- 7-10 years overall work experience minimum of 5-7 years of experience in consulting, project management & complex operations, stakeholder management in corporate, social enterprises, consulting firms or global foundations
- Experience working in a multi-stakeholder environment will be an added advantage
Qualification - Post-Graduation in any field.
