HR - Management Trainee
Brief Job Description :
1. Assist in Managing HR processes such as Performance Management, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Rewards and recognition
2. Assisting Head HR, HRBP and COE with various projects
3. Conducts research on a diverse range of HR issues using multiple sources; selects relevant material, analyses information and presents findings for internal review.
4. Supports the development and revision of policies on the exercise of streamlining and simplification
5. Assists in preparing background documentation, talking points, reports and presentations;
6. Assists in designing, organizing, planning and managing the collection, evaluation, analysis, compilation and reporting of HR data
7. Creates presentations and materials
8. Shows initiative and propose new ways to coordinate and streamline the work.
9. Perform other activities and special projects as assigned.
10. Communication with various stakeholders and partners
11. Collate best in class HR practices for benchmarking
