Brief Job Description :

1. Cordially engage with user functions to understand the requirements and firm up a comprehensive BRD in a consultative approach.

2. Undertake vendor evaluation to identify the right technology, product from a strategic perspective and following the necessary approval and procurement process.

3. Ensure complete adherence to IT architecture guidelines while identifying the new technology or products including seamless integration with other applications, where applicable.

4. Ensure relevant security capabilities are implemented and regularly upgraded.

5. Maintain an enterprise-wide view to ensure IT projects deliver their total potential value and are woven into the overall business strategy and objectives.

6. Effective project management to ensure high quality and timely delivery of applications and components to the defined scope.

7. Ensuring a seamless integration of new and existing systems to eliminate potential problems and maintain data structure and integrity

8. Manage service providers to ensure high uptime and performance of the applications

9. Responsible for ensuring that the L3/L2 service issues are resolved within the defined timeframes

10. Pro-actively monitor overall applications health to ensure necessary actions are taken in time to minimize the performance or breakdown incidents.

11. Responsible for effective user access management to ensure strict adherence to the applications access policy guidelines.

12. Identify reporting needs across functions; design, oversee development and maintain business intelligence & management reports.

13. Ensure that the necessary documents, pertaining to the delivered product are verified and hosted in a common folder for transparent and easy retrieval.

14 Ensure effective vendor management including timely payments and renewals.

15. Manage overall budgets and financials for applications areas. Plan for further budgets in advance in line with the organization's budgeting cycles.

16. Work with Programmatic applications head to drive synergies and derive maximum value out of implementations across segments.

Experience :

- Overall, 10 - 12 years of experience in the industry with a minimum of 5+ years of experience covering delivery management of larger programs, preferably in website development, mobile app development, CI/CD implementations involving complex integrations.

- Experience in applications development using opensource technologies is desirable.

- Exposure to implementations in large Non-Profits will be an advantage.

Qualification :

- BE / BTech / MTech / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, another related discipline, or relevant experience.
