Brief Job Description 1 Responsible for overall development, management and implementation of applications for various programs undertaken by the Trusts. 2 Review the user requirements and help user teams to develop the final scope document 3 Release the RFP's from multiple vendors and follow up for early submission of the proposals 4 Undertake techno-commercial evaluation and provide the recommendations for awarding the contracts to the chosen vendor(s) 5 Follow up closely with the vendors for tracking the delivery, drive UAT's with the help of user teams. Co-ordinate with all related teams for timely and successful go-live of applications. 6 Provide regular update to the management on the project delivery status and any risks/mitigations to deliver the project without time/cost overruns. 7 Ensure necessary documentation (user manuals, technical manuals, Architecture diagrams etc) are properly preserved and are easily and quickly retrievable when needed. 8 Undertake travel, wherever needed to ascertain the user requirements and vendor evaluations 9 Maintain a repository of various applications - active, dormant etc along with the licensing status 10 Ensure proper tracking and timely renewal of AMC's where applicable 11 Regularly supervise operations of various applications/dashboards being carried out by the vendors. Provide a daily system health and performance status update to leadership team. 12 Plan for scaling up of infrastructure well in advance so as to prevent performance degradation, wherever applicable 13 Keep abreast of the new technology to quickly assess the feasibility of adopting for Trusts initiatives 14 Establish a collegial and collaborative working environment within the team members. 15 Ensure various technology processes are defined, documented, continuously enriched and implemented to keep pace with the organizational needs
