- To periodically review and refine the framework and criteria of the Individual Grants - Program (IGP) of Tata Trusts, covering educational grants, scholarships and loan scholarships; in alignment with the Trust objectives - To define guidelines and criteria as per the IGP framework and ensure that the team processes the applications in accordance with the same and the approved financial budgets - To interface with the Financial Budgeting team to prepare the Annual Work Plan &amp; Budget for the FY - To ensure the observance of a rigorous, transparent and efficient selection process for the applicants - To ensure comprehensive documentation of the Program Plan, Approval and Reporting. To ensure that the recommendations for approval are aligned to the agreed IGP framework, criteria and approved financial budgets - To ensure that the IGP is contemporary and relevant to the developments in the Education sector. To explore /develop new areas of engagement including partnerships with educational institutions in line with global educational trends - Ensure smooth, effective administration and monitoring of the IGP process from advertisement of scholarships and intake of applications, to disbursement of grants and loans as per schedule, website content management/ uploads including repayment of loans - Recommend cases for deviation in approvals, if any, with proper justification - Provide MIS to management including presenting an Administration Report to the Trustees on the Loan Scholarships.
