Brief Job Description:
1. Develop and execute the People & Culture strategy and foster positive & inclusive workplace culture. Contribute to the development and achievement of Trusts medium and long-term strategy, ensuring effective inclusion of key people and culture considerations.
2. Develop, implement and oversee the Human Resource practices including but not limited to Talent Management, Performance & Rewards, Learning and Engagement and Internal Communications for Tata Trusts and its Affiliated organizations.
3. Accountable for the entire gamut of HR and related statutory & legal compliances at the Trusts and its Affiliated organizations.
4. Institutionalize best in class HR Policies & Processes and Standard Operating Procedures in the Philanthropic sector and maintain uniformity of practices at the Trusts and its Affiliated organizations.
5. Responsible for providing input / advice to the Senior Management on all related subjects as and when required.
6. Partner with Function Heads to enhance Employee centric policies and practices.
7. Ensure optimal Budgetary controls on HR expenses are exercised.
8. Implement an integrated HRMS system to build a centralised HR database and aid data- decision making based on Analytics.

Qualification:
- MBA or Post-Graduate degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from top tier institutions.
