Brief Job Description :
- Develop and execute the Talent Management strategy thereby contributing to the development and achievement of Trusts medium and long-term strategy, ensuring effective inclusion of best in class Talent Management practices.
- Accountable for the entire gamut of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management at the Trusts.
- Institutionalize best in class Talent Management Policies & Processes and Standard Operating Procedures in the Philanthropic sector and maintain uniformity of practices at the Trusts and its Affiliated organizations.
- Responsible for providing input / advice to the Senior Management on all related subjects as and when required.
- Partner with Function Heads to enhance Employee centric talent policies and practices.
- Ensure optimal Budgetary controls on HR expenses are exercised.
- Implement an integrated Talent scorecard in the HRMS system to aid data- decision making based on Analytics.

Work Experience & Knowledge :

- Abreast with best Talent Management HR practices.
Qualification :
- MBA or Post-Graduate degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
