Consultant - Data Driven Governance  1. Coordinate with the team members in their work with Administration, Technical / Technology Partners and Implementation Partners to support technical implementation support work in existing locations where the Trusts have intensive engagements.   2. Work closely with Technology partners, Government departments and Trusts- own Technology team to integrate dashboards across engagements for creation and updation of portals as per user requirements and adherence to data privacy and security norms.  3. Drive finalisation of program functional requirements in to a professional Business Requirement Document (BRD) for the technology vendors to easily understand the needs.  4. Project management to oversee the implementation of the plans, allocation of funding and budgetary requirements and usage of data and technology tools for programme commitments. Compile and provide periodic updates to Portfolio Head and relevant stakeholders  5. Develop new programs with the Trusts- Program / Project teams and as per priorities set by the Trusts and the respective local Governments to showcase value of application of data for planning and implementation.   6. Support the Data-driven Governance team for any new initiatives and / or projects.  7. Plan for capacity scaling up based on actual usage and future growth at least 6 months- ahead actual need.  8. Ensure adequate application/data backups are taken and tested for proper retrievals periodically.  9. Undertake regular data analysis to propose continuous improvements in the set of performance indicators adopted for monitoring success of any program.  Skills and Competencies for ideal candidate :  Skills :  Technical skills : High Project management and analytical skills. MS Office skills. Knowledge of R, STATA, Python, GIS and other technology packages is essential.  Negotiating skills : Proven leadership and negotiation skills with technical vendors and the ability to work in a complex and challenging situations  Language skills : Demonstrated command over English and Hindi both spoken and written.   Writing skills : Track record of developing written materials for wider distribution is desirable  Competencies :  - The ideal candidate should have extensive experience of working in multi-stakeholder project, particularly in the domain of IT and technology. Experience in the social development sector highly desirable.   - Vendor management of IT platforms   - Sound understanding and experience of working on various data analysis techniques, analytics tools and various technology platforms.   - Proven track record of establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders and networks.   - Excellent individual contributor and team player, with the ability to work in a collaborative and consultative manner  - Experience in the domain of technology and data analytics is essential
