Key Accountability : 1. Converting programmatic interventions into academically sound proposals, concept notes, decks while working in close co-ordination with design & implementation teams 2. Grant Writing - Benchmarking proposals to international standards of grant writing. Preparing proposals for participating in International grant writing challenges like Mac Arthur Grant Challenge 3. Co-ordinating with internal stakeholders to collate data for proposals, project status updates, reports, communication material, etc 4. Researching corporates, non-profits and other potential partners to prepare partnership opportunities for them. Help generate leads for RM efforts 5. Assisting the Partnerships & RM teams in external meetings, through participation, co-ordination and follow-ups 6. Managing the Partner Relationships Management system (two phases developed and further development/maintenance if any) and Collaboration Platform (yet to be developed) 7. Managing Retail Fund-raising and Payroll giving efforts of Tata Trusts 8. Organizing Partnership events & workshops with key external stakeholders 9. Documentation around key partnership activities - reporting, MoU/Agreement creation Stakeholders : Relationship (within organization) : - Working across teams to source relevant information for project proposals, partnership collaterals (decks, one-pagers, brochures etc.), reporting to donors. - Working with Finance & Accounts teams to help fulfill due-diligence requirements Relationship (Outside Organization) : - Working with potential & existing partners to meet their requirements. Brief Job Description : 1. Assist the team to develop, manage & nurture partnerships with non-profits, family offices, foundations, Corporates, HNIs, networking/aggregator platforms etc. 2. To enable the team to raise funds for key Tata Trusts programmes in co-ordination with relevant internal stakeholders including relevant due-diligence processes, proposal writing etc. 3. To write- grant applications for renowned domestic & international grants 4. To help create appropriate communication collaterals/platforms - Working with the internal teams at Tata Trusts (program + communications) to convert programmatic information into Partnership Collaterals. 5. Tenaciously work through issue identification, resolution, documentation and communication etc 6. Assists Head of Partnership in building transformational plans to differentiate Trusts approach and add value to partners 7. Develops and maintains professional relationships with all project or program sponsors and stakeholders Job Specifications : Knowledge : - An overview understanding of the development sector - including CSR, international organizations etc. - Experience in project management, preferably with customer engagement - Strong communication, influencing and public speaking skills, including excellent written & spoken English - Ability to assist in deployment of processes, projects, and concurrent deliverables - Strong analytical skills; ability to act with tact and self-confidence while also probing and challenging existing assumptions - Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix structure, to collaborate across teams with shared accountability for results.
