Job Description:

- Visit 2 stores per day and each store twice in a week.

- Gate Meeting with the SAs

- Update on performance and achievement (MTD)

- Briefing on product focus – HVC / handsets / new plan

- Daily target setting and review

- Updation of ITC Report.

- Monitoring, coordinating, coaching & supporting SAs

- Closure activity – review SA -wise Days performance

- Review of completion of formats

Level: Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager
