OD :

1. Support in creating Talent & leadership development strategy and plans.

2. Process Owner for Identification of Hi Potential and implementation of their Development Plans

3. Implement the Talent Criticality and Potential Review across the organization to identify Key/ Critical Talent

4. Implement Coaching & Mentoring Intervention

5. Process owner of Succession planning & Career planning - Processes and Deliverables

6. Design & Roll Out plan OD initiatives

Performance Management :

1. Ensure timely Communication on Update PMS Policy every year in line with the Business Plans and Objectives

2. Ensure communication on Roll out the dates for Goal Setting and Assessment for H1 and H2

3. Formulation of top level KRAs and cascade

HR Policies :

1. Collect benchmark data on policies, study latest trends, work out various implications of policy and provide analysis.

2. Ensuring timely and effective communication of the policies/amendments

3. Regularly Review and assess effectiveness of policy to for improvements.

4. Track compliance to policy and report any deviation.

5. Implementation of policies through relevant tools and automation.
