Role description:

- To manage outsourced production of Tata Agrico products through External processing Agents (EPAs)

- Drive sustainability and improvement activities at all EPAs.

- Managing EPA operations - quality and production.

- Ensure Raw material availability for all EPAs of Crowbar, Hammer, Pickaxe, Shaft Cutter, Rotameter blade.

- Ensure delivery compliance of customer orders.

- Inventory management - RM, WIP and FG

Skills:

- Has to closely work with Supply Chain and Marketing Department to ensure timely despatch of the products to the market.

- Experience in production planning, inventory management and improvement initiatives

Other details:

- B.E/B.Tech/ Graduation with experience in Marketing & Sales or MBA in M&S with experience in production planning, inventory management and initiatives'

- Analytical, improvement orientation, change adaptability, decision making skills, Team leading ability, assertive
