Be the trustee cum convener of three trusts managed by a registered company - PF Trust, Gratuity Trust & Superannuation Trust. 3. Responsible for Human Capital Asset and Reporting to the Board. 4. To foster performance driven culture in the organization. 5. Maintain HR Administration through cordial environment 6. Hiring the best match & retain the talent in the organization. 7. To motivate the employee through effective grievance redressal. 8. Compliance with labor and employment laws 9. To regulate and monitor all applicable statutory laws including the compliance. 10. To foster welfare amenities as applicable. 11. To foster culture of diversity & inclusion through right policies and practices. 12. To control employee cost. 13. Creation of high performing team through engagement initiatives in the organization. 14. Foster the culture of learning in the organization. 15. To promote individual & group reward and recognition. 16. To manage Union-Management relationship in joint consultation process. 17. To facilitate wage negotiation / bonus issues. 18. To develop / design HR and admin Policies & Systems, implement, monitor & audit them in the organization. 19. Identify & develop training & learning needs of employees and ensure implementation of employee training & development plan. 20. To ensure quality of work-life and work life balance 21. To ensure fleet management with best cost optimisation 22. To ensure a strict vigil in the organisation and township through proper security channels. 23. To manage community expectation and effectively deal with their issues. 24. To assess, manage and mitigate HR & IR risks and challenges.
