Position: Lead Modular and Retail

Department / Function: Services & Solutions/ Nest-In

Location: Kolkata

Level: PL1/IL4

Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility:

1. Ensure that the sales targets are achieved as per ABP/OSP:

a) Preparation of OSP every month and updating the order book on time

b) Enabling business growth by reducing TAT by using 100% SFDC and agile working

c) Conduct regular review for Sales with SMs and Solution Partners

d) Develop & implement PPA plan for the category along with branding team

e) Lead generation by market campaigns/ other means

f) Facilitate and implement ideas to do cost optimization

2. Formulate overall market & business development plan for Modular & Retail Solutions:

a) Development of effective strategy for Modular, Retail and New solutions

b) Development of target customers in B2B, B2G & B2C for generating enquiries

c) Relationship building with influencers (Consultants and Architects)

d) Risk assessment and mitigation due to partnering with 3rd parties.

e) Liaison with internal stake holders (SCM, Design, CMT etc) and external stakeholders (Customers, vendors, competitors etc) on understanding current market pricing trends for components/items used in Modula, Retail and New Solutions.

3. Increase of Customer Satisfaction:

a) Improve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty by periodic interaction

b) Act as the primary interface between customer and our support functions like design, manufacturer, project management & other stakeholders for better customer experience

c) Facilitate market & New product development / Product improvement by identifying new segments to serve / target new customers/ increasing the existing product application

Educational qualifications:

Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Structural Engineering (B.Tech /M.Tech) and MBA (Marketing).

Relevant experience:

Overall experience must be more than ten years with deep knowledge on Business Development, Sales, Pre-fab / Civil / LGSF/Hybrid Construction, Project management, Safety and Quality standards.

Age:

Must be below 40 years

Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role:

- Prefab Construction using LGSF and Hybrid Structures, Commercial acumen, Knowledge of sales processes, Analytical Skill, Software Skills (MS Office, AutoCAD, SFDC), modular construction.

- Leadership skills, Planning and Organizing Skills, Communication skills, Interpersonal effectiveness, Networking skills, Customer orientation.
