Area Manager Trade Finance

- The Trade Finance function is a central function to manage the funding requirement of the TSL Group including European operations, through Trade finance structures and arrangements.

- The person will be required to assess requirements for new Trade finance facilities within TSL and its domestic and overseas group companies, make thorough analysis of the Trade finance solutions and its accounting treatment and compliance to regulatory requirements, negotiate the terms and conditions in the agreement with banks and financial institutions.

- The person will be responsible for assessing the trade finance related requirements of the business, should know the various Trade finance products, rules, guidelines laid down by RBI and other regulatory bodies, maintain bank relationships, work closely with the multiple internal stakeholders and undertake all Trade finance related activities, implement internal systems and processes for the function.
