Area Manager - Solutions Business Development (South)

1) Ensure that the Enablers and Solutions targets are achieved as per ABP/OSP :

a) Create and Support in developing and sustainable funnel of Order Book and Order execution for Downstream solutions.

b) Participate in Preparation of OSP every month and updating the order book on time.

c) Participate in regular review for Sales with SMs and Channel Partners.

d) Customer / segment level market development and business acquisition.

e) Facilitate and implement ideas for process improvements and cost optimisation across Downstream value chain.

f) Drive digital initiatives like CuBe+, BIM etc.

2) Influencer and Customer Engagement

a) Regular stake holder visits for Readybuild, Sm@rtFAB and Coupler conversion.

b) Regular visits and presentation to consultants, government bodies like NBCC, CPWD, PWD , railways , WCI , government public sectors like BHEL , MIAL ETC for inclusion in SORs, NITs, specifications and BOQs.

c) Ensure end to end delivery of Readybuild, Sm@rtfab, Coupler etc. from Pre-Sale, order execution/fulfilment to post Sales.

d) Interface with Solution Partner operation & design team to handle the complaint and resolve within timeline specified as per policy.

e) Regular interaction with customer design teams for incorporating Downstream solutions in their projects .

Regular interaction with Downstream construction service centres for effectively servicing customer requirements.

3) Long Term Planning

a) Developing and follow through on blueprint to propel the company to its vision of becoming a "Preferred Construction solution partner in long steel for Construction industry.

b) Enabling proof of concepts along with Downstream construction solution partners at customer sites.

Seeding activities at various stake holder level starting from the concept level

4) Operation Management

a) Working in close coordination with the TSL contracted SPCs and Downstream construction solution partners for supplies of Readybuild, Smartfab, couplers etc. and ensure right commercial, quality and various statutory and non-statutory compliances.

Timely raising the indents of both Raw material and Finished goods with SPA and the Downstream construction service centres.

5) Quality Assurance

a) Ensure Quality Assurance as per QAP and Implement Quality Standards (Ex ISO 9001, ISO 14000 etc.) along with the operations team.

Conduct Frequent Quality Audits of various SPCs and Downstream construction service centres.

6) Risk Management & Prioritization

a) Must Ensure risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, risk treatment, and risk monitoring.

Guide site team/Vendors/Production partners and ensure Priorities of jobs sites are met based on requirements

7) People Development

Developing the distributor's organization structure for the Solution partners in terms of capability and capacity to do value selling

8) Digital Initiatives

a) Embrace and enable digitalization, while designing various offerings and solutions to drive efficiency, scalability and uniqueness.

This may require deep engagement with various civil engineering software developers like STAADPRO, AutoCAD, CUBE+, BIM modelling and managers
